Ukraïns’kyi misionar

Ukraïns’kyi misionar («Український місіонар»; Ukrainian Missionary; Portuguese: Missionário ucraino). A Ukrainian-Brazilian monthly religious journal, published in Prudentópolis by the Basilian monastic order since 1911. Originally entitled Misionar, it was twice closed down by the Brazilian authorities (1918–34 and 1940–7) and replaced temporarily by the annual Namirennia apostol'stva molytvy under the editorship of Kh. Myskiv. It began appearing as Ukraïns’kyi misionar in 1935 and was later also called Ukraïns'kyi misionar u Brazyliï. It contains a calendar of church events and dates, articles of general religious and national interest, and news from parishes from around the world. It has been edited by R. Krynytsky, I. Vihorynsky, V. Zinko, and others.
