Nashe zhyttia (Bucharest)

Nashe zhyttia (Bucharest) («Наше життя»; Our Life). A weekly newspaper published in Bucharest in 1940–2. After the suppression of the Ukrainian press in Bukovyna, it was the only Ukrainian-language newspaper in Romania. The newspaper was constantly harassed by the Romanian authorities, and it was forced to change its name frequently; its titles included Nove zhyttia and Ukraïns’ke zhyttia. It was edited by Mykola M. Kovalevsky and O. Turushanko.
