Maksymovych, Mykola

Maksymovych, Mykola [Максимович, Микола; Maksymovyč], b 29 April 1914 in Dobratycze, Kholm gubernia, 10 June 1981 in Lviv. Electrical engineer. A graduate of the Lviv Polytechnical Institute (1941), he was director there (from 1954) and rector of Lviv University (from 1963). His main technical contributions are in the areas of electrotechnical theory and electric circuit calculations.
