Ifika iieropolitika
Ifika iieropolitika [Іфіка Ієрополітіка]. An illustrated philosophical-moralistic work on 67 subjects pertaining to ethics, morality, philosophy, and educational foundations, published by the Kyivan Cave Monastery Press in 1712 and the Lviv Dormition Brotherhood Press in 1760. Illustrations were executed by Nykodym Zubrytsky in the Kyiv edition and by Ivan Fylypovych in the Lviv edition. Under each allegorical illustration (Truth, Shame, Humility, Gentleness, etc) there was a verse of four or (less often) six lines. The book's author is unknown; he was probably a monk at the Kyivan Cave Monastery.
