Yeisk Estuary [Єйський лиман; Jejs'kyi lyman]. Map: VII-19. An estuary situated at the mouth of the Yeia River along Tahanrih Bay in the Sea of Azov. The estuary is nearly 20 km long and 12 km wide and is sheltered from the sea in part by the Yeisk Spit. The city of Yeisk is situated on its west side.
