Ukraïna i svit
Ukraïna i svit (Ukraine and the World). An irregular journal of cultural, literary, scholarly, and political affairs, edited by Ihor Kostetsky and published by Ilia Sapiha in Hannover, West Germany, in 1949–69 (a total of 28 issues). The journal devoted particular attention to Ukraine's cultural relationship with other nations. It published works on the archeology of the Black Sea region and on the history of Georgia, original literary contributions by contemporary émigré authors, and Ukrainian translations of European classics. Ihor Kostetsky, Elisabeth Kottmeier, Volodymyr Derzhavyn, Mykhailo Orest, and Vasyl Barka were regular contributors.
