Nasha shkola
Nasha shkola («Наша школа»; Our School). A pedagogical journal published in Lviv by the Galician Teachers' Hromada society and the Bukovynian Skovoroda Society of Higher School Teachers (and the Ukrainska Shkola association after 1914). It appeared quarterly in 1909–13 but then bimonthly in 1914 and 1916–18. Nasha shkola published articles on pedagogy and the history of Ukrainian education. It devoted particular attention to contemporary developments in Ukrainian education and remains an excellent source of information on 19th -and early 20th-century education in Western Ukraine and Russian-ruled Ukraine. It also published book and journal reviews and reports on the activities of the Teachers' Hromada and Provincial School Union in Galicia and Bukovyna. It was edited by Ivan Krevetsky and Mykhailo Hrushevsky (1909–12), Stepan Tomashivsky, Mykola Chaikovsky and Yu. Rudnytsky (Yuliian Opilsky) (1916–18). Among its contributors were Vasyl Simovych, Ivan Krypiakevych, Vasyl Shchurat, Mykhailo Vozniak, and Volodymyr Doroshenko.
