Kovalivsky, Ivan
Kovalivsky, Ivan [Ковалівський, Іван; Kovalivs'kyj], b and d ? General osaul (1648–59) and diplomat in the administrations of hetmans Bohdan Khmelnytsky and Ivan Vyhovsky. He was Ukraine’s signatory in the treaties concluded with Moldavia (1654), Transylvania (1656), and Sweden (at Korsun, 1657). In 1663 Kovalivsky was the captain of Hlynske company of the Lubny regiment. His subsequent fate is unknown.
