Hrabar, Olha
Hrabar, Olha [Грабар, Ольга], b 1846 in Banska Shtiavnytsia, Prešov region, d 1930 in Moscow. The wife of Emanuil Hrabar, a lawyer, and member of the Hungarian parliament; mother of Ihor Hrabar and Vladimir Grabar. She was the chief defendant in the trial of Russophiles held in Lviv in 1881. Among the other defendants were her father Adolf Dobriansky, Ivan Naumovych, and Venedykt Ploshchansky. They were indicted for treason, for maintaining contacts between the Russophiles in Austria-Hungary and Saint Petersburg circles. Hrabar was acquitted of the charges against her and emigrated to Russia.
