Artemivsk (Luhansk oblast) [Artemivs'k]. Map: DBIII-5. City (2001 pop 9,098) in Perevalsk raion, Luhansk oblast. Its major industry is coal mining. The city was founded in 1910 and was called Katerynivka until 1921. It was incorporated a city in 1961.
